Milestone Millwork and Custom Kitchens

Chantal Visi

Sales Manager

Growing up locally with my family in Fonthill. I followed in my fathers’ footsteps and developed an appreciation and kindness for nature, gardening, outdoor adventures and travelling. Outside of work I love snorkeling on vacations, fishing, time at the barn riding, and adventures with my energetic boxers.

Background

I was born in Toronto and raised in Montreal until the age of 16, when my family moved to Ottawa. From an early age, I was drawn to creativity, working with my hands, and connecting with people—qualities shaped in large part by my grandfather, Art Moyer, founder of MDM Metal Products in Jordan Station. Summers spent at his factory or attending trade shows gave me a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and design. Alongside my creative passions, I have always had a love for animals, which continues to be an important part of my life and hobbies.

Family

Family has always played a central role in my life. I moved to the Niagara Region to be closer to my mother’s side of the family and to spend meaningful time with my grandfather in his later years. It was here that I met my husband, Welland native Rich Visi. We married in 2000 and built a life together in Welland, where we raised our two daughters, Aurora and Celeste. Outside of work, I’m an avid kayaker, rose gardener, nature photographer, scrapbooker, and animal lover. I’ve always been drawn to things of beauty—whether it’s in nature, design, or moments preserved in a photo or craft.

What I Love About My Job

What I love most about my role as Sales Manager at Milestone Millwork and Custom Kitchens is the opportunity to bring my years of experience in operations, project management, and sales to a company that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and client experience. I work alongside an incredibly talented team of Design Consultants, supporting them as they bring our clients’ visions to life—while also mentoring and guiding the team’s growth, both personally and professionally. It’s a role that blends leadership, creativity, and heart—everything I value most in my work. While I work comfortably across a wide range of design aesthetics, my personal style leans toward Urban Farmhouse—a warm, approachable blend of rustic character and clean, modern lines. I’m especially passionate about creative and ergonomic design, particularly in small spaces, where smart planning can completely transform how people live and feel in their homes.
