Designer
I grew up in Crystal Beach, Ontario, with my parents and two brothers. My father and grandfather were both self-employed framers and finish carpenters, dedicating their lives to the craft. Their work ranged from building sheds and barns to collaborating with high-end builders and interior designers. Growing up surrounded by construction, I developed a deep appreciation for the industry and the skill, dedication, and creativity that go into every project.

Education
In 2002, I pursued my passion for design by enrolling in the Interior Design program at Georgian College. This path led me into a career in kitchen design, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with several companies, designing not just kitchen cabinetry but also custom cabinetry throughout the home, space planning, and even some commercial projects.
What Do I Love About My Job?
What I love most about my work is the technical aspect—creating thoughtful designs that maximize space and enhance functionality. I enjoy connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and crafting floor plans that suit their lifestyle perfectly.
What Is My Favourite Style?
When it comes to personal style, I gravitate toward Craftsman and Modern Farmhouse aesthetics—warm, inviting spaces that feel lived-in yet fresh, with classic architectural elements that add character. However, when designing for others, I don’t limit myself to a single style. I believe every space should reflect the homeowner’s unique taste rather than just following trends. Cabinetry is a long-term investment, and my goal is always to create timeless designs that my clients will love for years to come.
